I've known Carleton for a long time, probably since 2001, first at Bombardier Technical Publications, and later at the Training Center where we work together since 2012. I don't recall see him upset or mad at anything, he is always smiling and has a great sense of humor. Carleton is what I like to call the "Maytag Illustrator", very dependable and you can always count on him. The quality of his work is excellent and his knowledge of the aircraft is something we don't see often these days. We always joke that our profession is a dying trade and we are the dinosaurs.
